OUR STRUCTURE
Our company has onsite involvement with all client contracts and are fully accountable. We pride ourselves on a stable core workforce, ensuring continuity and consistently high quality service. Each account has a dedicated Operations Manager ensuring good communication and excellent client satisfaction. Large contracts have a working supervisor on site and are routinely inspected by our Operation Managers/Owners.
* All of our carpet technicians are HCRC cleaning technician certified.
* All of our flood restoration team are Water Restoration Technician certified. (WRT)
* Our owners/project managers also have Applied Structural Drying certification. (ASD).
* All technicians are WCB regulated and are bonded and insured.
